Private yoga sessons are an excellent way to achieve the benefits of yoga, as they are designed to meet your goals and needs, whether that is to develop a home practice, to learn specific postures, or if you are experiencing pain, discomfort or limited freedom of movement in your body or if you would like to build up strength and skill before attending group classes. Private sessions are a wonderful opportunity to have personalized attention.
