Hatha 1 – learn the foundations of asana practice by developing breath and body awareness. All levels
Hatha 2 – build on your knowledge and experience of postures and other yogic practices. Classes may include prep for inversions and/or inversions. Previous yoga experience.
Flow Yoga(Vinyasa) – hatha postures are sequenced to allow fluid movement from one asana to the next. Flow 2 includes balances and an opportunity to begin self-directed practice. For experienced beginners & intermediate.
Core Flow – A Flow 2 experience with the added benefit of core strengthening.
Pre-Natal – helps mothers-to-be to connect with body and baby to prepare for birth. Learn safe stretches and breathing techniques to help support pregnancy and labour.
Restorative – take time to settle into poses and feel your way through the body. Suitable for people with injuries and those recovering from illness.All levels.
Yin - long holds to facilitate slow release of deeper tissue. A perfect complement to a vigorous yoga practice or to make your seated meditation practice more comfortable. All levels.
Yin/Yang – a combination of gentle posture flow and long holds. A perfect way to end the week.
Yoga and Meditation - Short periods of sitting meditation will be combined with Asana practice to promote more ease in the body and a deeper connection to one’s inherent wisdom. All levels.
Yoga Nidra - find that suspended state between sleep and wakefulness; a deep relaxation leading to meditation is offered with guidance to encourage and support connection with Self.
Community Class- Enjoy a flow 1 or hatha 1 yoga class taught by graduates of the MokSana Yoga Teacher Training Program. All levels.
