Program Schedule

Different format for Spring 2016 Session: Sessions are held every other weekend.

Fridays 4:30pm-9:00pm: theory and discussion

Saturdays 9:00am – 10:15am: asana & 10:30am – 5:30: theory, discussion and practical application

Sundays 9:00am- 10:15am: asana & 10:30am – 5:30: theory, discussion and practical application

+ 2 drop-in classes per week at the studio (giving you the opportunity to practice with teachers of your choice, observe different teaching styles and continue to develop your personal practice).

Students must attend 100% of all classroom modules to receive certification.

Completion of weekly homework assignments including readings, personal yoga practice, research project, essays, practice teaching, observations of drop-in classes and a practicum is also a requirement.
