YOGA: THE ART AND SCIENCE OF LIVING
The focus of this training program is to integrate yogic practices into one’s life; to make organic those aspects of the Self/Atman that constitute one’s dharma. Through this process of self-transformation, your teaching skills will be further uncovered and developed. You will teach what you know.
Attendance of all modules constitutes a 300-hour training that together with a 200-hr teacher training program certificate, will bring you to the 500-hr level. However, you may attend individual modules for Continuing Education credits – you need not attend the entire program. If you change your mind at a later date, and the program runs again, the modules you have already attended would be eligible for the entire program. Please click on “Schedule” to see a complete list of the modules.
The requirements of this program are designed to be in line with the Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification education standards. MokSana Yoga Center is a registered and approved school of Yoga Alliance at the 200-hr level and is in the process of registering at the 500-hr level. Visit www.yogaalliance.org for more information.
